Dc28 Hard To Push. Is This Normal?
The dc28 I just bought from best buy is very hard to push on my area rug. the rug has very short pile but the vacuum on the lowest setting is impossible to push. So i set it on medium and that was a little better. Is this normal? the clerk at the store told me it is almost self propellling but that is not what i am finding. is it a defective unit? Thanks
