Dyson Dc28
The roller brush on my dc28 animal stopped turning. I can still see the belt on the roller ,it doesn't appear to be broken. I have looked for a diagram or information on how to remove the roller and check for a problem. It seems to be a corporate secret or something. Can anyone help?

If the red light is flashing or the brush isn't spinning, it means there is probably an obstruction preventing the brush from turning. See page 8 of the user manual for instructions on removing the obstruction, under the section Clearing Brush Bar Obstructions.
