Dyson Dc28 Brush Does Not Turn

If the red light is flashing or the brush isn't spinning, it means there is an obstruction preventing the brush from turning. See page 8 of the user manual for instructions on removing the obstruction, under the section Clearing Brush Bar Obstructions.
