Machine Remains Locked In Upright Position
bought vacuum in 2011. It's been great. Recently I have been having trouble getting it to unlock in order to use the vacuum in upright position. I cannot figure out what is preventing this from proper operation. Any ideas on how I can unlock this? Thanks.

Unfortunately, it sounds as if your vacuum may require service. However, I would first speak with a Dyson representative to walk through some troubleshooting steps.
