I Have A Dyson Dc28 (animal).
When using the main vacuum (not the hose w/attachment), there is an area where you put your foot to pull the canister away from the base, so it comes away from base, to use the brushes/motor on carpet. I cannot pull the canister away from base. It will not budge!
