Dc28 Roller Wont Spin Red Light Flashes

If the red light is flashing or the brush isn't spinning, it means there is probably an obstruction preventing the brush from turning. See page 8 of the user manual for instructions on removing the obstruction, under the section Clearing Brush Bar Obstructions.
