Main Brush Won't Turn.
Already took apart and cleaned it. Please help. Only few months old.

The problem is the belt motor has a safety mechanism that prevents it from turning after a serious obstruction has blocked the brush bar. This prevents it from causing additional damage and/or wearing out the motor. Solution: Check the brush bar to ensure that there isn’t any hair or thread that is caught. Stand the vacuum upright. Press the brush bar switch (next to the power button on the DC14) 4 or 5 times. This resets the safety mechanism.
