Dc23 Will Not Turn On After 8 Hours &clean Filter. Motor Or Circuit Board?

I cleaned the filter and waited over night and still not starting. I saw a comment about reset button. Where is it? If that doesn't work, how do you know if it's the motor or the cord spool with the circuit board? Is a service manual available? I can't find one.

Why does my Dyson brush not turning?

Most cases of a jammed or stuck brush bar are quick and easy to fix, simply pulling the debris gently from the brush bar. Alternatively, if you need to clear a problematic blockage, you can take the brush bar out of the housing easily, for quick maintenance.
