How Do I Access The Nozzle
I cannot work out how to release the nozzle from the handle I have flipped up the grey flap but cannot see how to lift the nozzle free from the hoover to use it, can you help, thank you

It's incredibly difficult to get the hose out sometimes. A slight bend in plastic and you'll be touching your vac like you really shouldn't be. That's how I broke mine.
All you need is some clear grease, like WD40. Spray once down the front "canal" which is a dip in the grey colored solid hose handle. Wiggle it around so it coats the plastic piece. Wipe excess.
For too much grease, wipe down with a little alcohol.
