The Wand Will Not Stay In The Hose
I have just bought a DC14 on ebay. There is no way for the wand to be secured to the hose. In previous models that I have had there has always been a retaining ring that stops the wand falling off until it is manually released. I am having no joy with the seller who says there is no such thing. Surely I don't have to hold the two pieces together when I want to use the wand!!
