Bill Payment

My services are inactive but i just paid my past due bill so how do i get a copy showing that i paid my bill if you website is ALWAYS down. I called customer service and all they could do is email it to me which will take a week and i need my bill now. What to do to get a copy, i have an email and fax number that it can go to.
