I Rented A Jeep From Dollar Rent A Car #w121354-lic-999 041
I RENTED THIS FORD JEEP FROM MARCH 9-16TH AND TOOK BACK ON FRIDAY @12PM
MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL BOOK WAS LEFT IN CAR AND, I STARTED CALLING SATURDAY, SUNDAY MONDAY FINALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE @ 9:30 AM MONDAY THE MESSAGE STATED THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED WHEN THE HOURS SAY 8AM-5PM WHEN, I FINALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE MONDAY THEY TOLD ME THE BOOK HAD BEEN THROWED AWAY I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONES PROPERTY WOULD GET DISCARDED LIKE TRASH!!! HER SCHOOL BOOK COST HER $180. SO COULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME CAROL ROGERS @718-591-4525
