How Do I Process A Return And Get A Refund From Dollar General?
I need to return my Clothes to Dollar General and I can't get anybody on the phone to help. Does anyone know how the Dollar General return and refund process works?

I am an Asst. Mgr. for Dollar General. The easiest way to receive a refund would be to have a receipt available. However, without the receipt you should be able to exchange the items as longs as the tags are still attached to the clothing. There is no cash refund on items unless you have a receipt and it is not over 30 days old. I hope that this helps you.
