M28 Fuse

Son was driving car just stopped. Checked/Replaced battery and took to Autozone to check Alternator. Lifed hood and Alternator was smoking. Recharged battery then put it back in car and the car didnt wouldnt stsrt. No clicking, NOTHING. REPLACED Alternator and Battery, tried to start vehicle and all lights come on but wont start. Checked Fuse box and found M28 (10a) blown. Replaced it with (20a) and it immediately blew. Help.

Ran a jumper cable from the battery to the starter and it would crank but not start Help
