Fuel Volume Regulator Open

On my truck the Obd2 sensor reads code P001; fuel volume regulator open. Truck turns off while driving, Place it in neutral or stop and she starts right up. truck runs normal. How can i fix it.

The "Control Circuit/Open" indicates it may be an electrical problem related to the fuel volume regulator.
