What Causing Miss In Idle ?

I had Chrysler check for a misfire while the car idles hot or cold. They told me that it was checked  on computer and it says there is no miss.All cylinders are firing. Then what is causing this stutter. could it be it needs a tune up plugs and wires,throttle body service,
