I will list here for you the best codes for addressing a Sylvania TV to your DISH remote and also the instructions. Remotes codes- 733, 672, 777, 764, 841, 527, 679, 632, 756, 694, 829, 569, 566.(if the first code does not work try the other codes available)
Instructions for addressing the remote to the TV
1. Press and hold down the TV mode button until all the lights at the top of the remote light up.
2. Enter the 3 digit code for you TV.
3. Press the pound(#) button once.
4. Test the functionality of your TV.
