Regulator

My compressor seems to be working properly, when the tank is full and I turn the regulator know, nothing happens on the other dial and the accessory doesn't blow air. Any ideas?

You have to pull out the regulator nob. It was hard. It does say, in very small print under nob, I could not read and does not say that in booklet.
