That Video Doesn't Help Because1: Those Aren't My Batteries Or Charger2: My

batteries are good, I verified that with my other two chargers, they all charge. Only this one charger gives the error," problem with pack or charger." I can't see how adding a charge to a fully charged battery would solve this.I should also add that my charger was somewhat hot when I noticed it was flashing like that. Not enough to burn on contact but it was definitely warm.
