What Are Part Numbers For The Dewalt D28715 Optional 'keyed Blade Clamp System'?

What are the part numbers for the Dewalt D28715 optional "Keyed Blade Clamp System"?This extra-cost option consists of a blade bolt and a blade bolt washer. It replaces the standard "Quick-Change Blade Clamp" that is prone to failure.They are shown in the D28715 Instruction Manual as Washer P and Bolt O in Figure 7.
