Traveling With My 1 Year Old Daughter On My Lap

I'll be traveling with my one year old daughter on my lap on monday, december 20th and would like to know what I am allowed to bring on the flight through security (formula, powder, already mixed? what quantities, medecines, etc..) also, can I check her stroller and car seat, although i didn't buy a seat for her? Thanks
