How Can I Get Delta To Deliver Baggage That They Sent To The Wrong Nyc Area Airp

My friend arrived from Brazil late last night Dec. 22nd, 2009. When she got to Miami (on another airline) Delta put her on a flight to JFK instead of LGA but they sent her luggage to LGA. She is only here one day and needs her luggage. She leaves from JFK on the 24th of Dec. I need Delta to deliver her luggage.
