Using Sd Card Reader

I inserted a SD photo card in the reader, small light comes on next to it, but no pop-up menu, no listing in explorer, unable to downlad images.   What's wrong. This is a brand new PC.  Is it an install question?

I would recommend updating the drivers for Media card reader. Please click on the link below to download and install the drivers, which should fix the issue:
