On most PC optical drives for DVDs or CDs, there is a small pinhole to manually eject the disc tray. If you unbend a standard paperclip, the straight end of the paperclip should fit in the hole. Gently push into the hole and the tray should pop out. You may need to manually fold the cover door down if your PC has one to get to the CD/DVD disc tray.
