No Video-input Source Selector Button On Inspiron One 2320

I have a Dell Inspiron One 2320. I would like to connect my Laptop via the VGA INPUT port. However, my 2320 does not have the Video-input source selector button (optional). Is there another way I can select the video-input source (via Control Panel or software) to make this work? Thank you.
