On Board Regulator Failed - Call Support

Are you also getting an E122E error as well? What you need to do is take the server to a minimum to post configuration. That is removing everything from the server but the following:
  • System board
  • CPU1 (Min for troubleshooting)
  • Heatsink for CPU1 for prevention of over-heating
  • One memory DIMM in DIMM A1 for CPU1.
  • Power Supply (PDB is required for redundant PSU)
  • Control Panel 

 

After removing devices restart, access the Drac/ESM (CTRL-E) and clear HW Log, then boot and see if the system gets past the error.

If it doesn't and error remains then you will need to look at replacing the motherboard for the system
