This error indicates a hardware error on your server.
You can't clear this error until you resolve the hardware issue.
This error indicates PCIe card on slot 2 is having an issue. You may try to reseat this card or swap with a known good card. If both method fails, you might need to log a call to Dell support team as either the PCIe card or the slot on the motherboard is fault.
