With a Stop code you really need to look at the whole message, stop code, and the parameters that follow the stop code. Then use that collective information to search for the cause.

If you are able to boot up to safe mode, you may be able to gain access to the memory dump file and analyze it.

If you are trying to install the OS and during the install you are getting this error code, you should try some of these suggestions.
Run diagnostics to ensure no hardware has failed.
Ensure there are no external devices plugged into the server during install.
Try using different OS media, sometimes the OS media can be damages some, causing the files to not be read correctly. You can also try putting the OS install files onto a USB drive and boot off of it.
