Error: Unable To Locate The Bios Update Payload.

I have a Dell Optiplex 790 and cannot update the bios. I was finally able to get it from A02-A03 but cannot update any further (tried A05 and others). I always get the above message. I called Dell and they had me move jumpers, battery, etc. to no avail. Something about
