I Have My Keyboard Locked (dell Latitude E6420). How Could I Enable It Again?

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
Usually just a system restart would enable the keyboard, however if a restart does not fix the issue, follow the steps below below.
Go to Control Panel > Click on Accessibility Options > Uncheck all the options you see under Keyboard > Click Apply and OK.
If this does not fix the issue, connect an external USB keyboard and follow the link below to run a basic hardware test on your system. Follow all the prompts (May take more than 1hr). Once the initial tests are done, you will get a page listed Custom test, symptom tree, ect. Select Custom Test and run a test on your keyboard.
