My Keyboard Stopped Working,it Has A 9 Inside Alock Lite Up In The Top Right

My Name is Sujay and I work for Social Media and Community at Dell. Looks like you have the( NUM LOCK) turned on key which is above the number pad on the Keyboard. Would request you to turn that off which will resolve your issue. And if it still does not respond would request you to shut down the system and remove the keyboard connection and press and hold the power button on the CPU for 15 to 20 seconds and reconnect the keyboard back again and restart the system and check if it is working. If still does not work try with a known good keyboard to find if this keyboard is faulty.
