Dell L100 Keyboard Won't Type

Green light number 9 Lock icon is lit at top What does it mean? How to fix?

See if pressing the "Num Lock" will turn the light on and off. Also, the "Caps Lock" will show a lighted "A" in the display, and the "Scroll Lock" will show a lighted "padlock" in the display. They are turned on when they light in the display. --Good luck--
