How Do I Enable Battery Charging
my laptop says battery charging disabled. how do i enable it

Hello Jboyle,
I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
The only way the battery charging option may be disabled using the Dell Control Point application.
You can enable the battery charging option from the same application.
Click on Start > Programs > Dell Control Point > Power Management > Manage Power Settings > Uncheck the “Disable Battery Charging” option.
This will allow the battery to be charged normally.
