Keypad Not Working Properly

when i,switch on my dell inspiron n5110 laptop and then press any key on the keyboard then the display on the screen is not correct thatis  it displays asif i had presed two keys but in actual i had pressed only one key for example if  i had pressed Q then on sreen it shows QA or when pressed O it shows OL  but this problem remains for short duration of about 10 mins after that the key board works properly this problem only arisses when laptop is switch ON from OF mod

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

I would request you to follow the link below to run a custom test on your keybaord.

When you get to the main page which says Express Test Extended Test Custom Test Symptom Tree, select Custom test & test the keyboard.

If the test fails, you will have to remove - reconnect the keyboard and run the test again. If the issue persists I would suggest you to replace the keyboard.
