You can change the display resolution of your computer from control panel and selecting the display option there. Try to increase the resolution to maximum recommended settings and check, If its still the same you can reinstall the video drivers.

To download the video drivers for your model of the Dell System you can log in to our award winning website

http://www.support.dell.com and punch in the service tag of your computer or alternatively select the model of the system from the list of Dell products.
