On My Dell Insipiron N5050

On my dell what is the longest my battery life is up to? such as like 5 hours or 6 hours? when ever its full charged?

The initial life is 3 hours tops, but this quickly depletes down all the way to a measly one hour.

Hello adrenalinalexa. My name is Sreenath and I work for the Social Media and Community team at Dell. The amount of time which you can work on the battery depends on whether it is a 6 cell or a 9 cell battery. It does reduce over a period of time. For a 6 cell, it could be anywhere between 1.5-2hrs and in the case of a 9 cell, it could be between 3-4 hrs.  You may check the below links for more information.
