Hello malaysanyal2011,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

I would suggest you to reinstall the game, for this you will need the widows CD that came with your system.
Insert the CD in your CD Drive an follow the instructions below:

Click the "Start" button.

Click "Control Panel."

Double-click "Programs and Features."

Click "Turn Windows features on or off" on the left menu.

Click "Continue" if a "User Account Control" message is displayed.

Click the plus sign next to "Games."

Click the check box next to each game you want installed.

Click "OK" to complete the installation.
