Not sure what your question is, but if the Ethernet port isn't working, you can try:

1. Rebooting your computer
2. Disabling and re-enabling the Ethernet port (in Windows, this can be done through the Device Manager)
3. Purchasing an external Ethernet to USB adapter in order to bypass the Ethernet port on the motherboard.  (These adapters are typically $20-30.)
