Bios

How do I find out what version of BIOS is on my computer?   If I found the CMOS version 6.1.7601.17514 on my computer is that the same version for BIOS.

The BIOS is stored on a CMOS chip.  Most people use the terms interchangeably.

Go into the system BIOS setup to see the current BIOS version.
