I work for Dell's Social Media Team. CTRL + F11 keys is if you are using Windows XP. If you are using another operating system, then you will need to go through the Recovery Options by pressing the F8 key at the Dell Logo on startup. Refer to the below link for help in restoring the system to factory settings. It is referred as PC restore.
