Dell 2335dn And Cannot Recognise Ink

Hi. If the printer recognises the depleted cartridge when reinstalled, then try and cleans the contacts/leads of the new cartridge and retry. It's possible to get a Dell Series ink cartridge with a bad sensor chip. I would take it back to the place of purchase for a replacement.
