Turning On Printer
i can't get my printer to turn on & it has been working fine since i purchased it.

Hi jodi68526,
My name is Hardeep and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.
First of all please try to plug the printer in an alternate known good power socket. Incase, you have already done that, please remove the power cord from the printer.
Press the power button for 20-30 seconds and then plug the power cord again.
And now, try to power on the printer.
