Connecting Hoses

I had purchased a used a/c but it did not comr with hoes or hose connectors. I ordered some on line last year but cant remember where from. Just now opened the box but cant figure out how the hose connects to the window, nor how it stays on the a/c unit. keeps falling off. Am i missing pieces?
