Debit Card

i went through Sheridan oregon drive thru. The lady forgot to return my debit card. She didn't even bother to call my bank to contact me. It took me two days before i quit looking around the house and car. I called where i used it last. They had it. I showed up. I asked the guy at the counter. He had to ask two other people after i had just talked to someone on the phone. No apology at all from any employees. A lady opened the drawer and just handed me the card. This was a huge inconvenience .Hopefully someone can train rhem in what to do of it happens again. Thanks for your time. Leah

They are definitely NOT allowed to do that ! Employees are to NEVER take your card out of your sight. Should've called the manager since this was a serious issue and their employees are doing a terrible job
