No Internet Access

Are you suppose to be able to get internet access once you configure this device wirelessly ? If you are I am not able to I can get connected to the device but I am never able to get connected to the internet.

Yes, you "should" be able to connect to the Internet. You may have inadvertently clipped your wings and enables some security feature that has blocked you. As long as you followed the directions in the setup manual you should be fine.

Log into the admin page on the WAP, verify that you have a TCP/IP address from your ISP. If you do AND you successfully connect your PC to the WAP as well there "should" be no reason why you can't hit the Internet.

You'll need to leave more detailed info as to exactly what error message you get and exactly what doesnt work for us to help more.

Can you ping google.com? Open a DOS command windows and enter "ping google.com". It should reply with 4 valid connection replies. Next try a trace route. Enter "tracert google.com" This will tell you where the path is breaking. If the last valid conenction is 192.168.1.1 then your not getting through the WAP.
