The Cuisinart WAF-40 and WAF-20 Double Waffle Makers are very similar, but there are a few key differences between them.
The WAF-40 is the newer model and has a few small improvements over the WAF-20. These include:
A stainless steel drip tray, which is easier to clean than the plastic drip tray on the WAF-20.
A slider lever for adjusting the browning, instead of a dial. This makes it easier to get the perfect level of browning for your waffles.
A slightly larger footprint, which allows for slightly larger waffles.
