cord is stuck only comes out 12", have only used appliance twice

If your Cuisinart DLC-2009CHB has been purchased within 1 year period, you can still claim for a warranty as long as you have the receipt or warranty card. Unfortunately, you may also need to bring the device to the electronics repair center in your area for repair if it is not eligible for warranty.
