The Grinder Runs Slow And Does Not Grind
The grinder runs slow and does not grind. I tried to clean and vacuum it out but still runs slow and does not grind. I assume the motor is bad or blades are bad however even with no beans in it it runs slow. The grinders spins freely when i spin manually. Is it worth repair? Can I get a replacement grinder? It seems to have tiny screws holding it in with naybe a speacial tools to get it out?

Hi, it sounds like the motor is most likely dying. If your unit is still covered by the limited 3-year warranty, you may be able to have the motor replaced -- otherwise, depending on how much you paid for it, you may be better off just replacing the unit.
