Dcc 3000 Continual Flow

when turning on the brewer the coffee just flows out the bottom non stop emptying out the entire reservoir of coffee. We ran vinegar through twice and I used the toothpick in the bottom dispenser with no luck. Is there anything else we can do? Thank you dcc 300
