Where Are The Part Numbers For The Cuisinart Cmw200 Microwave? Mfr Is No Help.

I have a Cuisinart CMW200 microwave with a stuck door. I need the parts list so I can order the parts I believe to be the cause. The model number isn't helping in my search, and Cuisinart has stated that the part was never sold by them, so they have no part number. I see several latches and levers out there, but without the part number I can't be sure what to order.

stuck door -please follow above link

To fix the stuck door on your Cuisinart CMW200 microwave, you might need to replace the following parts:

Door latch

Door switch

Door spring

Door hinge

You can find these parts online at retailers such as eReplacementParts.com and AppliancePartsPros.com.

Here are the part numbers for each part:

Door latch: AP6007085

Door switch: AP6006987

Door spring: AP6009831

Door hinge: AP6020903

However, it is important to note that the CMW200 model is discontinued, and Cuisinart no longer sells parts for it. Therefore, it is possible that you will need to find aftermarket parts or used parts.

Here are some tips for finding replacement parts for your CMW200 microwave:

Search online for "Cuisinart CMW200 microwave parts."

Contact appliance repair shops and see if they have any used parts for your microwave.

Check eBay and other online auction sites for used parts.

Contact Cuisinart customer support and see if they can help you find replacement parts.

Once you have the replacement parts, you can follow the instructions in your microwave's owner's manual to replace them.

Here is a general guide on how to replace the door latch on a microwave:

Disconnect the microwave from the power source.

Open the microwave door.

Locate the door latch. It is usually located on the inside of the door, near the top.

Remove the screws that hold the door latch in place.

Disconnect the wires from the door latch.

Install the new door latch in place and secure it with the screws.

Connect the wires to the new door latch.

Close the microwave door and test the new door latch.

If you are not comfortable replacing the door latch yourself, you can contact an appliance repair technician for assistance.
